Our main scientific interests are the gene alterations of cancer-associated genes and chemoresistance, which lead to the discovery of a promising strategy for sensitizing cancer cells to anticancer drugs. We also have many collaborations from KMU and other laboratories in Taiwan, so you will have the chance to participate in the joint study projects, and you will acquire the ability for multidisciplinary science, which will benefit your academic career in the future.

Department of Biotechnology, Kaohsiung Medical University (KMBT) is a perfect place where chemistry interacts with biology together. The TEEP KMUC Program is for graduate students/scholars to experience and explore KMU in depth in a short time (4~ 6 months) through research and study activities at the KMU campus.

The teep@kmuc program research experiences and English teaching curriculum by (1) chemistry research fields, (2) excellent research interaction with biotechnology, and learning the updates of cancer research.
