We want to recruit students for 2-6 months of research visiting or internship (more than 3 months is preferable and likely to be accepted). The students should be grade 4 or 5 (for 4.5-year or above program) or even postgraduate. If you are a postgraduate student, we expect to establish a long-term collaboration with your advisor. It is expected that this visit is highly related to your research or thesis topic in your original master/PhD study. The visiting or internship is PBL (Project-based learning). That is, you will be assigned with an advisor and do a project within his/her laboratory. You are requested to complete a project within 2~6 months. We welcome final-year undergraduate students to use the achievements of this visit for their graduation.

Our research topics focus on three main streams:
(1) image/video processing,
(2) machine learning or deep learning applications,
(3) renewable or green energy (e.g., solar, wind power, smart grid).

There is no deadline for this application of research visiting, but it is suggested to be as early as possible since the scholarship budget is limited. The scholarship will cover the flight fare (up to NTD10,000), free on-campus accommodation, and a stipend of up to NTD15,00 per week of stay.
