Department of Biology, National Changhua University of Education, Taiwan is glad to announce a TEEP@AsiaPlus program, aimed to provide a 6-month high quality internship for students interested in biotechnology, digital learning. The internship, sponsored by the Ministry of Education Taiwan, will include a hands-on biotechnology workshop and a special topic research of the intern’s choice; field of study includes Animal Biotechnology (Dr. Chi-Ying Lee; bicylee@cc.ncue.edu.tw), Marine Biotechnology (Dr. Chuian-Fu Ken; kencf@cc.ncue.edu.tw), Molecular Nutraceutics (Dr.Chiu-Lan Hsieh; clhsieh@cc.ncue.edu.tw), Fungus-Insect Symbiosis (Dr. Chi-Yung Lai; laicy@cc.ncue.edu.tw), Game-based Science Learning (Dr. Meng-Tzu Cheng; mtcheng@cc.ncue.edu.tw), Cognition and Learning (Dr. Wen-Chi Chou; chouwenchi@cc.ncue.edu.tw).

The internship carries a stipend of at least 11,000 New Taiwan Dollar/month for 6 months, with possibility of enrolling in degree-seeking programs on biotechnology or science education. Cultural program will be provided by the Office of International and Cross-strait Affairs, NCUE to help orient the incoming interns; in-campus dormitory is possible with advance reservation. Interested students are invited to send her/his résumé by 15th February 2020 directly to the principal investigator (as listed above) whose field of study students wish to pursue.
