Our laboratory mainly focuses on the study and development of defect detection algorithm of sc- and mc-Silicon solar panel with deep learning as well as PL image and micro-PL instruments. In recent years, we have successfully completed high-performance flexible transparent electrode which will be used to construct high-sensitivity gas sensors as well as flexible organic solar cells.

Located along the southwest coast of Taiwan in Tainan City, Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology (STUST) is a competitive international university dedicated to providing students a well-rounded education in both humanity and technology areas. STUST is composed of 4 colleges and 25 departments, 32 master programs, and 4 doctoral programs. We currently have more than 18,000 enrolled students, of whom 600 are international students coming from 34 different countries.

STUST provides scholarships for applicants with good academic performance who are not receiving financial aid from the Taiwanese government or from their home country. The Tuition of Master and PhD students are waived. PhD students with good academic performance can obtain a monthly stipend of 10,000 TWD.
