1. Each recipient will receive 10,000 TD/month stipend for a maximum of three month periods, the money can be used to pay for the food and dormitory as well as the traveling fee while in Taiwan.

2. In school dormitory is provided a(base on the application) during the summer and winter recess.

3. The recipients are responsible for their air fares to the Taiwan and return to their own country.

4. The recipients can perform experiments in the designated lab and operate the needed instrument (practice license needed before use) free of charge in the department.
