Supercapacitors are promising energy storage systems due to their fast rate of energy storage and delivery. Therefore, need to improved and developed the super capacitor electrode is more important. Fascinatingly, different shape nanomaterial preparation involved by chemical vapor deposition method (CVD) method. Based on the unique structures of transition metal have low density, high electrical conductivity, low diffusion resistance, easy electrolyte penetration, and high specific surface area.
Besides, transition metal dichalcogenide can play a vital role in improving the efficiency in charge/discharge processes by strengthening the conductivity of the whole composites. Owing to their extraordinary physicochemical properties of carbon composite with transition metal dichalcogenide have been used for energy storage device application.
The structural properties of the prepared composite were characterized by the high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), scanning electron microscopic technique (SEM), X-Ray diffraction studies, Infra-red spectroscopic, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) measurements and BET-N2 adsorption/desorption isotherms. The supercapacitor performance is will study by both cyclic voltammetry (CV) and galvanostatic charge-discharge (GCD) methods. The prepared composites were employed as an excellent supercapacitor electrode material, which expected high specific capacitance (Fg-1) with remarkable cycling stability (Ag-1).
Moreover, we expected this supercapacitor electrode has excellent cyclability and charge-discharge process. Based on the results, further we will use this composite material in practical applications.
